I had an excellent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right near a large mall and only a short distance from Parque del Cafe and Panaca. The rooms were not only modern and very clean but also provided a wonderful view of the mountains when requested. I want to give a shout-out to Tatiana at the front desk; she made my check-in process smooth and was always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was not only included but absolutely delicious, making it a great start to my day. However, I must mention that there were a few nightclubs nearby, which could be a downside for those who prefer quieter evenings.
